How clean can One Clean World get my world clean?
We offer several different packages from you to choose from, so you can figure out which one is best for you.
1. Smart Package
General cleaning with just the basics:
Bathroom
- Scrub shower walls, doors, and base
- Sinks, soap trays, counter tops, spot clean cabinet, and mirrors
- Toilet frame and bowl
- Disposal of cobwebs and trash
- Clean flooring
Kitchen
- Light dusting
- Wipe off appliance surfaces
- Vinegar and steam clean microwave
- Clean outside of stove, oven, and drip pans
- Disposal of cobwebs and trash
- Sinks, countertops, and spot wipe of reachable cabinet fronts
- Put dirty dishes in dishwasher if empty
- Clean flooring
Bedrooms
- General dusting with microfiber dusting cloth
- Light dusting of baseboards
- Disposal of cobwebs and trash
- Vacuum under beds
- Clean flooring
Stairs
- Vacuum carpet or clean hardwood
Other areas
- General dusting with microfiber dusting cloth
- Light dusting of baseboards
- Disposal of cobwebs and trash

2. Super Package
The Super package includes the Smart package services, only with extras in a different room on a rotation basis every time we come to clean. The Super package is only offered to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients.

- Cleaning light switch plates
- Vacuum furniture and under cushions
- Making beds
- Spot clean glass doors
3. Sublime Package
The Sublime package includes all the extras to each room every time we visit along with the regular cleaning from our Smart package.

- Vacuum furniture and under cushions

- Refrigerator wipe out
- Wet wipe down of all knickknacks
- Clean glass doors
- Wash inside window sills
Things to Remember
Unsealed grout stains can’t be cleaned easily; if this is needed we charge an hourly fee Mold removal is only done by our professionals.
Heavy cluttered areas are an hourly charge because it takes time to dust and to try to prevent breaking of your valuables. When we dust these areas we want you to be aware of any hazards and place your important things away; we can’t replace the sentimental value and we clean these areas at your own risk.
We enjoy seeing your furry friends, however, pet droppings are the owner’s responsibility. One Clean World has a professional team to handle special odors if an accident should occur.
Pest control is not our profession; please call your eco-friendly pest professional.
Carpet stains should only be addressed by our textile professionals, so please call for an appointment.
We don’t clean mini-blinds, only wooden blinds. (The cost depends on size.)
We are happy to send staff members out to help with extra cleaning projects not mentioned above, however, this is always done on an hourly cost of $30.00 per-person per-hour.
A 10% discount is offered if the client supplies all equipment, cleaners, and cloths.
Terms
Our house cleaning staff is unable to do ladder work; if this is needed please set up an appointment with one of our window professionals.
Scheduling is a very hard task: please help us with this by giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Remember, our staff is paid by the hour and it’s very hard to replace that empty spot at the last minute.
If a cancellation is received less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged $30.00 depending on the situation. We reserve the right to decide. If a client should cancel three times in a row we will no longer offer our services to that client.
Due to unseen traffic, weather, and work-related events, we may run late for your cleaning. We will call you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay.
We ask that you treat our cleaning professionals with respect. They are well-trained and educated and kept up-to-date with new techniques. One Clean World takes pride in our staff and the services they provide.
